Nederhorst den Berg, 18 October 2017 – At the end of last year OnGuard and Credit Tools, two leading credit management software suppliers, announced that they were merging. The company that has resulted from this merger is called Onguard. The new Onguard is a modern FinTech company which acts as a strategic pioneer for clients throughout the entire order to cash process. The rebranding and the focus on innovation help to ensure that the company is ready to make big steps in achieving its worldwide ambitions.
Following the merger which has laid the foundation for this innovative business, the rebranding is a logical step. In addition to a cosmetic change and a new tagline, the rebranding as the newly created FinTech company Onguard means a software platform where customers can resolve all the issues which arise within the order to cash chain. The company is building an open platform together with its partners and provides applications which are easy to integrate with those of other parties, both in the cloud and on premise.

Onguard’s greatest wish – to become a true FinTech company – is coming true. It wants the same for its clients and other associates. “Our wish has come true, now we like to do the same for other people. All our clients, associates and partners recently received an invitation to send us their long-cherished wish. They can do this by throwing a coin in our digital or physical wishing well at Credit Expo on 2 November. All the wishes will be collected, and we’ll ensure that the most unique and finest wish really does come true,” explains Van der Zwan with a smile.
