We offer a range of support and maintenance services that cover not only software upgrades, patches and bug fixes but perhaps more importantly support for our clients in the use of their systems. If required we can run a support desk for you that will provide first line user assistance and liaise with your software suppliers for serialisations, updates and upgrades and the renewal of maintenance contracts.

Our standard contract gives all our clients access to our telephone and email support service. Direct ‘Online’ support is used where required to facilitate investigation and speedy resolution of issues in real time.

Support is provided by our team of consultants who all have a background of system design, implementation and training, ensuring that you have a knowledgeable person on the line not a flip card reader. A call and email logging system is operated - enabling traceability and maximising efficiency.
